The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, public performance, or commercial exploitation of any content accessed through the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Eligibility Requirements for Access and Use of the Platform ("Eligibility Requirements"):

Mythik Plus reserves the right to immediately suspend, disable, or permanently delete accounts at its sole discretion if any violation of these Terms is detected or suspected.
Access to the Mythik Plus content library requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Us (or our designated payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee to Your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, in accordance with the billing cycle You select at the time of purchase.
Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current subscription rate, which may change with prior notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription term, except as required by applicable law.
Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law or at Mythik Plus's sole discretion. Refund requests related to technical issues or service failures may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Mythik Plus does not use a virtual currency or coin system. All transactions are conducted in Your local currency via standard payment methods. The Platform is entirely free of third-party advertisements.
Mythik Plus reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription plans at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to Your subscription terms in advance.
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription, Mythik Plus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content available on the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to videos, audio programs, stories, images, and metadata — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of Mythik Plus's or its licensors' rights and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and initiation of civil or criminal proceedings.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with Your use of the Platform:

All content, materials, features, functionality and other proprietary materials made available on or through Mythik Plus — including but not limited to the Mythik Plus name, logo, interfaces, branding elements, software, trademarks, design, text, graphics, audio, video, and software — are owns and are the exclusive property of Mythik Plus and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and proprietary rights laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants You any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Mythik Plus and its licensors.
Your privacy is important to Us. Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mythik Plus and its affiliates, consultants, business partners, service providers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and representatives shall not be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, speculative, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, reputation, opportunity or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or its content, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Mythik Plus's aggregate liability to You for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the total amount actually paid by You to Mythik Plus for the specific Programme or Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Mythik Plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, revoke, or deny access to or terminate Your account and access to the Service, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if You violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.
You may also terminate Your account at any time by contacting Us at the contact details provided in the Terms below or through Your account settings. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will immediately cease.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Us at privacy@mythik.com. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India, as determined by the laws of India.
Nothing in this section shall limit Mythik Plus's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Mythik Plus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes or when required by applicable laws, We may also notify You via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must discontinue use of the Platform and cancel Your subscription.
